4- توسع هذه الأسواق نطاق السوق إلى نطاق دولي وعالمي؛ فمع القليل من التكاليف فإن بوسع أي شركة إيجاد مستهلكين أكثر وموردين أفضل وشركاء أكثر ملاءمة وبصورة سريعة وسهلة. وكذلك القدرة على إنشاء تجارات متخصصة جدا؛ فمثلا داخل السوق تجد تجارة للحواسب الآلية وأخرى للتحف... وهكذا.
5- تنشئ الأسواق الإلكترونية ما يسمى "التصنيع الوقتي"؛ فبعد أخذ طلبات المستهلكين والمواصفات التي يريدونها في المنتج تبدأ الشركة في التصنيع؛ وهو ما يعطي الشركة أولوية وتميزا في منتجاتها، وتوفر تعاملا دائما مع العملاء إذا استطاعت الشركة ذلك.
